Share your NHS story!

The NHS stands at the most extraordinary moment of its history as it responds to coronavirus (COVID 19).

We are collecting stories from a diverse range of people and communities who have worked for or been treated by the NHS since 1948.

Share yours now and be part of NHS history.

NHS at 70 has been recording people’s NHS stories for the first Digital Archive of NHS history since 2017.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we are now recording stories remotely  - all you need is a telephone to get involved.

The NHS has been part of everyday life in the UK since 1948. Covid-19 will stand as an extraordinary period in its longer history. We want to capture this moment by recording your experiences and reflections. Everyone is affected and we all have a story to share.

So whether you work/ have worked for the NHS or a related organisation, received treatment from the NHS, have a chronic illness or are a carer, volunteered for, or campaigned about, the NHS please get in touch today.

We can offer single interviews or a series of shorter interviews.

Click here to contact us now here or phone 0161 275 0560 and leave a voicemail.

One of our team will get in touch with more details. With your permission your story will be added to our Digital Archive, a collection to date of over 800 recordings.
